Lancashire EV charging platform, Fuuse, has acquired Envisij for an undisclosed sum.
Envisij, which is based in Cumbria, helps firms identify energy waste, so they can reduce “costs, consumption and carbon emissions.”
Fuuse is Miralis Data’s flagship product and it says the acquisition will enable it to provide commercial customers with “deeper insights and solutions” for their EV charging infrastructure.
“Working together our products have proven to be a natural fit and so we’re delighted to have the Envisij team now join Fuuse permanently,” said Will Maden, co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer for Fuuse.
“As facilitators of EV transition and optimising charging infrastructure, this acquisition brings one of our closest partnerships into our core offering, allowing us to work with customers to not only optimise the charging of entire fleets, but balance that usage with their site power capacity and that of the grid.”
An updated platform, Fuuse Energy, integrating features from both pieces of software, is currently in early trials ahead of a full commercial release later in the year.
