Two new senior hires have been made at Manchester creative agency Engage Hub to oversee marketing.
Phoebe Maxwell (pictured, right) has joined the agency, which also has an office in London, as its Head of Marketing, while Feeza Patel (pictured, left) is made Account Director.
The two female hires mean that 70% of the creative agency’s staff at director level are women.
Maxwell joins from Kairos Group, where she she was PR & Marketing Manager, and will oversee all marketing with a focus on the launching new divisions, as Engage Hub evolves into Engage Group.
Patel will hold responsibility for overseeing accounts, elevating the agency’s client services offering, streamlining processes and delivering campaigns. She was previously Senior Account Manager at seventy7, and formerly worked at THG, Village Hotels and Six & Flow.
Feeza Patel said: “I’m delighted to be joining Engage Hub at such an exciting time, and supporting the team and our clients through the growth of the agency. I can’t wait to see where the next year, and beyond, takes us.”
Phoebe Maxwell added: “I’m excited to be part of Engage Hub as they embark on this incredible journey. The growth this year is going to be huge and I can’t wait to be part of it. The whole team is passionate and enthusiastic and I know we are going to achieve big things.”
