McCann Manchester has completed the new Spring campaign for Liverpool-based retailer, Matalan.
It’s headlined by a television advert, which debuts tonight, soundtracked by Paloma Faith’s Ready for the Good Life.
The More To Love at Matalan creative will showcase its recently launched own brands, Et Vous and Be Beau, as well as featuring 2 homeware edits for the first time.
“The campaign uses our new brand track for 2022, ‘Ready For the Good Life,’ by Paloma Faith and really encapsulates the optimism that Spring can bring. The campaign perfectly showcases our fashionability and range, with bespoke edits to share our interior and outdoor homeware and furniture for the first time,” explained Jeff Howarth, Omnichannel Marketing Director at Matalan.
“We are keenly aware that our customers are feeling the financial squeeze in the current climate so re-enforcing our value credentials was important too.”
The campaign will run across television, video on demand, digital and social media. As well as appearing on ITV, it will also air on Channel 4 and Sky, which are new channels for the brand.
