Manchester-based connectivity and cloud services provider M247 has announced it has appointed a new Chief Sales and Marketing Officer to join its executive leadership team.
Stephen Bates will take on the new role and joins from connectivity platform ngena. He has previously held positions as CEO of Cloudview Ltd, SVP of Global Enterprise Sales at RIM (Blackberry) and Managing Director of Canon UK & Ireland.
He will be based at the tech firm’s London office and will play a “significant role” within its leadership team.
Steven Briant, who has been in the acting role for the past few months, will revert to a Senior Sales role after transitioning the business over to Bates.
