Yorkshire Water is looking to appoint “a number” of market research companies to work on its customer research and valuation activity.
The combined tender is worth up to £1.9m and is split into two separate lots.
The first lot is a consultant-led study into customer valuation, such as willingness to pay, and is specifically for regulation and investment strategy teams as part of the business planning process.
This is worth up to £400k over 18 months, with an option to extend for a further year.
The second lot focuses on a series of market research projects with a number of different agencies and will inform Yorkshire Water’s 2024 business plan.
The estimated total for this lot is £1.3m to £1.5m and runs for an initial term of 48 months, with an option to extend for 12 months.
“We’re looking for companies that can take our insight to the next level through innovation and engagement transformation. By partnering with experienced, forward thinking agencies and consultants, it will put us in good stead for PR24 and beyond,” said Donna Hildreth, Customer Insights Manager at Yorkshire Water.
The full tender is on the Government’s website.
