CRM app Capsule has appointed Clare Guerin as Chief Financial Officer.
Guerin joins the Manchester-based SAAS firm as part of a planned succession having completed a minority multi-million-pound investment arranged by Newlands Capital, with the support of Hermes GPE, in July.
She’s previously worked for tech businesses including UKFast, Wax Digital and DigitalBridge.
Capsule has 10,000 customers across 170 countries, with 60% of sales outside the UK.
