Dutch convenience food giant Struik Foods Europe has hired Manchester’s Full Volume to help relaunch its best-selling hot dog brand Ye Olde Oak.

The agency is tasked with increasing awareness of the brand among key target customer audiences and to introduce the new brand identity via media relations and experiential activity.

Full Volume will also work on PR campaigns and ongoing press office activity for another Struik hot dog product, Bunlimited.

Rebecca Hallinan, Full Volume PR’s managing partner, said: “It’s a great fit for us and plays to our strengths and experience of working with leading FMCG brands.

“Ye Olde Oak is a fantastic heritage brand that sometimes get lost on the shelf – we’re looking forward to bringing it to life again and putting it front of mind when families are doing their weekly shop.”

Bryn Scadeng, Head of Marketing at Struik Foods Europe, said Full Volume’s “enthusiasm, ideas and understanding of our brief were very impressive”.

Ancoats-based Full Volume PR was set up by former Jaywing PR/Epiphany employees Caroline Eardley and Rebecca Hallinan.
