Lowry Outlet owner hands corporate brief to Carousel PR

Lifestyle Outlets has appointed Carousel to manage its corporate media relations following a three-way pitch.

The 30-strong Manchester agency has been brought in to help the business – which has three sites including the Lowry Outlet in Salford – communicate its success story against the national trend of declining high street lettings and footfall.

Jack Rigby, account director at Carousel, said: “The business is going through major change and has developed a unique proposition which is delivering results with footfall and sales up year-on-year.

“Our response is all about championing that story through tactical hardworking media relations.”
