Lifestyle Outlets has appointed Carousel to manage its corporate media relations following a three-way pitch.
The 30-strong Manchester agency has been brought in to help the business – which has three sites including the Lowry Outlet in Salford – communicate its success story against the national trend of declining high street lettings and footfall.
