Make Events, which works with clients including Thomas Cook, PUMA and AutoTrader, is to move to a new base in Cheshire.

The events agency is relocating its 16 staff from Stanley Green Business Park to Bollin House in Wilmslow next month, having more than doubled headcount in a year.

Founder and MD Holly Moore said: “We have kept lean for the last six years and stayed in an office space that wasn’t reflective of our brand but enabled us to grow in a considered and stable manner. We have now built up enough resilience to be able to give our team the ultimate experience as well as our customers.”

Make’s most recent appointment is Catherine Godsland, former MD of Out There Events, who is joining on a consultative basis to support growth and account development plans.

Interior designer Toni Horsfield, who will be working on the new office, said: “Holly’s vision for the space has been clear from the start and we have been able to really tailor the office to reflect the Make Events DNA; quotes and all!”
