Manchester-based Noir Group Ltd is in the process of being wound up by liquidators.

The company, based at Beehive Mill, commenced voluntary winding up proceedings at the end of February.

These are being led by joint liquidators, Alan Coleman and James Fish, from Royce Peeling Green.

The branding agency had won a string of accounts, including the “Toast Rack” redevelopment in the city, as well as a series of health and restaurant brands.

In April 2018, Noir announced to Prolific North that it had outgrown its second office in the space of 17 months and was moving into a 1200sq ft space in Beehive Mill, in Ancoats.

However, just a few months later, co-owner, Alex Mellor resigned as a director and joined Media Agency Group’s ClickTap Media as Digital Account Manager.

According to Companies House, Anthony Logan remains CEO and director, and the company now lists its registered office as that of the administrators, RPG.

Business Director, Imam Ghalia resigned on 21st February 2019.

We are awaiting a statement from the administrators.
