Amaze will share a managing director with sister agency, Realise, as the two companies aim to create “a more connected service offering.”
Fiona Proudler has headed up Edinburgh-based Realise for the last 13 years, growing its client list, which includes the likes of Channel 4, Lloyds Banking Group and Universal.
“I have long admired Amaze and the outstanding work its highly skilled team delivers. It has a well-deserved reputation as a leading digital innovator, in part due to its heritage and ethos, as well as its services and impressive client portfolio,” she said.
“I’m looking forward to helping drive the next stage of the agency’s growth, working with existing clients to deliver more transformational work as well diversifying into new sectors.”
At Amaze, she will be responsible for the overall running of the agency, with her main focus at the start being on business development and client services.
Amaze and Realise are both owned by St Ives Group.
