David Grimes, the founder of Sorted Group says that he plans to more than double the size of the company over the next 12 months.
Currently employing 46 staff (up from 25 last year), he says they will be recruiting a further 50 employees over the next 12 months.
“We’ve had a brilliant first half of the year adding some great retail names, such as Missguided and Matalan, to our books and growing the number of people we need to serve the phenomenal growth of this business,” he stated.
“Our technology sits right at the heart of the new frontier for consumer loyalty, the delivery experience gap, and as forward thinking retailers look to plug this hole in their customer journey, time and time again we are best placed to help them achieve this.”
As a result of this expansion, the company will be moving to a new office in the centre of Manchester later this summer.
Grimes plans to released a consumer app next quarter, which he claims will “revolutionise the UK delivery landscape.”
Previously known as The MPD Group, the group operates MyParcelDelivery, Sorted, SortedPRO and SortedHERO.
