A digital agency has moved into bigger offices in Leeds city centre and says it is on track to hit revenues of over £3.2m.

Engage Interactive, now in its 10th year, has taken a new 6,500 sq ft space in Munro House.

It grew turnover by 8% to £2.88m in 2016/17, with growth coming from existing key accounts including Leeds Building Society, Jet2, Yorkshire Tea, Whitbread and British Ceramic Tile.

It also pointed to an increase in demand for its new pay-per-click advertising offering.

The agency, which now has 30 staff, said it had invested over £400,000 to take over the whole first floor at Munro House, where it has been resident on the top floor for the last three years.

It said it expected to hire a further 10 staff over the coming financial year.

Alex Willcocks (above right, with co-owner Dave Wrightson) said: “The move is being driven by our plans for growth, but equally important is the opportunity it presents to create of one of the most exciting offices and working environments in Leeds.”

Wrightson added: “It’s an exciting time for Engage. We’re planting roots in the city for the next 10 years and investing in a long-term future in the area. The new office will help us attract the best talent, too.”
