Chris Country Radio will be featuring on a special 4 day pop-up digital radio station in March.
BBC Radio 2 Country will take place around C2C: Country to Country Festival in London, with a series of specially commissioned programmes and guest presenters.
It will also be linking up with MediaCityUK-based radio station, Chris Country for an hour of highlights, including live session tracks and interviews.
“I’m delighted that Chris Country is working with BBC Radio 2 Country this year – we’re really looking forward to sharing highlights from our output with their listeners,” explained Chris Stevens.
“Since expanding to London and beyond on DAB Digital Radio a year ago, we’ve had a continual stream of A-list guests and sessions along with some exciting up-and-coming home grown artists. It’s great that we can share this with Radio 2 Country’s listeners.”
The station will be available on DAB Digital radio, on the Radio 2 Country website and the iPlayer app from 9th March.
