Manchester agency Social Communications has hired three new staff.
Frances Bibby, a prolific blogger and writer who previously worked for a lifestyle magazine in South Yorkshire, joins as social media manager.
Luke Barnett joins as videographer to run the agency’s recently launched film offer. His most recent project is a film to be shown at the major Chartered Institute of Housing Conference in Manchester on behalf of organisers Ocean Media.
And Seb Patrick, who formerly worked at The Agency London, takes on the roles of digital copywriter and web developer.
John Quinton-Barber, managing director, said: “All three bring a real depth and breadth of experience to our already strong team of PR, public affairs and design experts.
“In a rapidly changing market where many of their skills are needed but are often outsourced, we saw the potential to bring such talent in-house and they are already proving their worth, adding an extra dimension and a real creative buzz to all the work we do for our clients.”
The new recruits take headcount at the agency – where clients include Devonshire’s Solicitors, United Living, Procurement Hub and Boxed Energy – to 11.
