Confectionery company Cloetta has hired Manchester’s Brazen to promote its portfolio of top-selling sweet brands including Chewits, Goody Good Stuff and Frozn in the UK.
The agency will create bespoke trade-focussed PR campaigns for the three brands including NPD launches and trade media advertising, and will also help drive distribution and support buyer initiatives with key retail accounts.
Brazen will also mastermind a number of consumer PR campaigns during the year including re-launching one of the nation’s favourite Chewits flavours this summer.
Bev Rushbrook, commercial manager of Cloetta, said: “Having worked with Brazen before on the Chewits brand in 2014, it’s been really easy to pick up where we left off and hit the ground running with a jam-packed year of activity including the re-launch of a very popular flavour from our past for Chewits.”
Brazen CEO Nina Webb added: “We’ve always been huge fans of Chewits and we’re delighted to be working with Cloetta again both on this and its other hero sweet brands, Goody Good Stuff and Frozn.”
Brazen has picked up other recent briefs from Wilko and American electrical goods manufacturer SharkNinja.
