Manchester agency Oakbase has been appointed by Meyer Group, the gourmet cookware manufacturer.
The Wirral-based company appointed the agency after a three-way competitive pitch and has tasked Oakbase with creating a fully integrated campaign to broaden its engagement with new and existing consumers.
The work will cover above and below the line channels and will incorporate social media, PR, advertising and digital. Meyer’s brands include Anolon and Prestige.
Nick Bradshaw, Oakbase’s CEO, said: “Meyer is a dynamic and exciting market leader in cookware and kitchenware. They’ve given us an open brief to drive awareness and sales with really engaging campaigns. It really is a great brand and team to be working with.”
Paul Wright, CEO at Meyer, added: “Oakbase really understands our market and impressed us at every stage of the pitch process. We are delighted to work with Nick and the team and look forward to enjoying future successes.”
Oakbase has previously worked with the likes of Shell, BT, Bunzl, BASF, Michelin and Duerr’s.
