Manchester-based Frontier PR has been hired by Hanover Housing Association to support the roll-out of a programme of new properties for the over-55s.
Hanover is developing a number of sites in London and the South East with properties ranging from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom homes.
Frontier will be developing the overarching PR plan for the programme including targeted activity for each site, as well as ensuring Hanover is positioned as a provider of choice.
Hanover’s marketing manager, Greg Hall, said: “We are developing these new homes to help meet this need – and to give people in the third stage of their lives more choice and flexibility about the type of property they want to live in.
“We chose Frontier PR because they understand this – and because of their in-depth experience of the housing sector as well as the breadth of work that they have delivered for other clients.”
Kate Lindley, head of housing at Frontier PR, added: “We are thrilled to be working with Hanover on their latest offer for the over-55 market. Not only is the quality of the accommodation exceptionally high, the locations are enviable and perfect for those looking to downsize, but not to downgrade.”
