The National Football Museum in Manchester is supporting the city’s second Football Writing Festival.
The festival, also supported by Waterstones Deansgate, returns to the city between September 1 – 10 to celebrate the best of football writing and journalism.
This year’s event will feature panel discussions and fringe events at both venues, and feature speakers including football writer and author David Conn, BBC Sport’s Caroline Barker, The Guardian’s James Richardson, Barry Glendenning, James Horncastle and Paul MacInnes and The Sun’s Neil Custis.
Jonathan Calvert and Heidi Blake, authors of The Ugly Game: The Qatari Plot To Buy The World Cup, will discuss their work and the recent FIFA investigations at one of the events.
Tickets and more details on the festival line up are available at http://www.mcrfwf.eventbrite.com.
