Havas PR’s Manchester office has made two appointments to its senior team.
Nuala O’Neill joins as associate director from Weber Shandwick Manchester, having worked previously at Hill and Knowlton in London.
She will head up the Greggs, Pets at Home, DFS and Co-operative Pharmacy accounts, and will also be part of the management team alongside MD Brian Beech, deputy MD Nigel Hughes and Jon Welsh, associate director.
Sarah Parmenter, formerly head of PR and communications for the commercial sales arm of Great Places Housing Group in Manchester, joins as account director.
She has previously worked for Weber Shandwick and Modus Publicity in London, and will work on the Berg Solicitors, Ideal Standard, Barratt Homes, Maplin Electronics and WYG accounts.
