The first images from the set of the upcoming Dad’s Army movie have been released.
A stellar cast including Toby Jones, Bill Nighy and Catherine Zeta-Jones will star in the film version of the much-loved sitcom.
Backed by Screen Yorkshire through the Yorkshire Content Fund, the cast began filming in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, earlier this month.
Also starring is Blake Harrison, Sir Michael Gambon, Daniel Mays, Sir Tom Courtenay and Bill Paterson.
Dad’s Army will arrive in cinemas in 2015.
