Liverpool’s oldest surviving business makes SEO appointment

Liverpool’s oldest surviving business, and the UK’s oldest lubricant manufacturer, RS Clare & Co, has announced a new SEO partnership with Wirral agency RedCore Digital.

Historic RS Clare was founded in 1748, initially as a chemist, druggist, and dry-salter, and is based in Stanhope Street in the Baltic Triangle. It has a history dating back to the start of the Industrial Revolution and celebrated its 275th in 2023, with its revenue exceeding £26m in the same year.

Following the launch of its new website, RedCore will now supporting RS Clare with an ongoing SEO strategy and website management to help strengthen the company’s digital presence as it continue to evolve as a brand.

Sarah McAleny, marketing manager at RS Clare, said: “We’re delighted to partner with RedCore to enhance our digital presence.
