Bobble Digital, a media-focused digital marketing agency in Leeds, moved its headquarters to Department Leeds Dock in 2023.
The agency specialises in media-focused digital marketing and works with clients in various sectors to generate digital word of mouth through digital marketing strategy, paid social media, PPC, SEO, video advertising and analytics.
The agency’s move to Department adds further capacity for the business to grow within a city centre location. The business also recently launched in Dubai, taking over an overseas office at Al Muteena Dubai, working with Expo City Dubai, Expat Motors and TGP International.
Department at Leeds Dock is a flexible workspace operator with coworking, private offices and creative studios. Since opening in 2023, it has welcomed over 60 members from the creative, digital and tech industries, from small start-ups to larger, established businesses.
Following a year of growth for the agency, we find out what happens at the Department office…

“Our 360 sq ft bespoke office is situated on the first floor of Department, which is a four-floor modern workspace in the city centre with a coffee shop, kitchen and bar downstairs, on-site gym and exceptional amenities on the doorstep. It’s a creative hub for businesses like ours, situated in the heart of what has become one of Leeds’ most vibrant districts.
“With a mix of desks, dedicated wifi, air con, and a giant TV screen displaying live results for each of our clients, the office houses our full team with space to grow. One of my favourite things about it is the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Leeds Dock outside; there’s a lot of natural light that pours in. We take private calls and online meetings in two phone booths just outside the office and take advantage of the relaxed communal spaces every day.
“Department has some fantastic facilities, and Leeds Dock and the South Bank area of Leeds generally is really thriving at the moment. It feels like the place to be in the city centre, especially for businesses like ours.
“We’re close to our clients and close to other businesses in our field, which naturally brings about collaborative opportunities. We needed to get back to that after working from home, to help grow the agency.

How big is it?
Bobble’s custom designed office is 360 sq ft with eight desks, fully branded in company colours and assets.
It sits on Level One of Department which also offers:

- Technology-enabled meeting rooms and booths
- A theatre style space for company-wide meetings and presentations
- Podcast room
- Content creation studio
What happens there?
This is where the Bobble magic happens. We collaborate as a team and work together to achieve growth for our clients. We have team lunches, arrange after work drinks, invite clients in for regular meetings and record the Bobble Podcast. We use our office time for team building and being available for support.
Bobble’s current client roster includes Milliken, Q5 Partners, Meridian Granite, Ram Tracking, TGP International and Eatons Solicitors, amongst many more.
What sort of work goes on?
Digital strategy, SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics, display and video advertising, with a focus on the B2B and tech sector.

Its location is in the heart of the city’s new creative district on the South Bank.
Who works there?
On a typical day, there are between six and eight people in the office, who work across Bobble’s different services – primarily paid media and SEO, supported by an office manager and client relationships manager.
Manpreet explains: “We have a company wide meeting every Monday morning in the office or one of the meeting rooms, where we identify any challenges we’re facing, celebrate successes and track progress for each client. Communication is key in our industry, and that goes for within our internal team, too.”
