SPRING Production is kicking off 2025 with a new business development director on its UK team in Manchester.
Bérangère Fond began her career at Mindshare, where she worked for seven years building the owned and earned capability and solidifying her experience as a marketing expert. After leaving the business as owned and earned media account director in 2021, Fond moved to Greenpark as EMEA head of owned media, later stepping into the role of global growth director. In her most recent position, Fond crafted and executed Greenpark’s growth strategy, established an effective pitch team, and collaborated with multiple internal and external stakeholders to enhance the business’ position in the market.
Fond said: “I’m beyond excited to start at SPRING Production. I can’t wait to dive in and help grow our UK footprint with the tremendous Manchester team and add value to the organisation with such talented and inspiring people.”
Austen Donnellan, SPRING Production’s head of growth, added: “We’re really excited that Bérangère is joining the SPRING family. Fond will work closely with Donnellan and another recent appointee, London-based new business development manager Sharzeen Aman, to strengthen the agency’s global presence and deliver the company’s growth plans in 2025 and beyond.
