Global business and tech consultancy Slalom is celebrating significant growth at its Manchester office, reporting a year-to-date revenue of £10.3m in its fifth anniversary year.
With an impressive 107.3 per cent annual growth rate since its launch in 2019, the Manchester office, based just off Market Street, has expanded from a four-strong founding team to a headcount of nearly 100 under the leadership of managing director Caroline Grant, who was appointed in 2023.
In the past five years Slalom Manchester has partnered with more than 110 companies, including Microsoft and AstraZeneca, both locally in the city region and across the North of the UK, in various sectors including retail, financial services and manufacturing.
The company’s rapid expansion in Manchester reflects the broader success of Slalom’s global operations, which now spans 49 offices across ten countries with nearly 12,000 team members worldwide.
MD Grant said: “Reaching our fifth anniversary marks a significant milestone in our growth journey. Our success is built on our talented team’s dedication to delivering meaningful impact for our clients. The remarkable growth we’ve achieved demonstrates the strength of our fiercely human approach to professional services.
“As Manchester continues to establish itself as a major technology and business hub, we look forward to further expanding our presence and supporting more organisations in their transformation journeys.”
As Slalom Manchester marks this milestone the firm remains steadfast in its mission to help companies innovate, transform, and achieve their business goals. With a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future, Slalom Manchester is poised for continued success and growth in the coming years.
