Integrated marketing agency Jaywing has made two senior hires in digital and strategy to strengthen its leadership team and accelerate its ambitious growth plans.
Industry leader, Chris Callaghan joins as head of digital, bringing over two decades of experience and impressive contributions in the field of UX to Jaywing, promising to further strengthen the agency’s digital capabilities.
Callaghan will work across key clients in the agency’s portfolio such as Yorkshire Tea, Savills Investment Management and Creation Finance, harnessing data and marketing leading AI solutions to power digital performance.
Callaghan joins Jaywing from McCann Manchester, where he established and grew the agency’s UX discipline. His contributions to the field extend beyond his agency work. As a passionate community advocate, Chris has contributed to industry knowledge through seminars, public talks, mentorship programmes, guest lectures, and published works, developing the broader UX and CRO communities.
Becca Tredget also joins as strategy partner. With a robust background in brand and performance strategy, audience insights, and data-driven channel planning, Tredget brings a wealth of experience guiding brands through full-funnel strategy and effective campaign planning.
Tredget joins Jaywing from her most recent role as strategic planning director at Mediaworks, where she worked with brands including Johnson & Johnson, Aveeno, LadBible, Ribena, Lucozade and H&M. She will now lead Jaywing’s growing strategy team.
