McCann Manchester and Aldi’s legal team are clearly already on their Christmas break.
The two trouble-makers launched the Festive Cuthbert cake with a special Christmas choir, outside a certain rival retailer.
The “Merry Cuthmas” choir stunt has had millions of views and comments across social media channels.

The choir sang an “exclusive” selection of tracks reworded to promote Cuthbert and also took donations for Teenage Cancer Trust.
It’s not the first time that the Caterpillar spat has proved to be a viral hit for the supermarket. Last summer, a fancy dress party turned into a “scuffle” as part of the Like Brands campaign.
