Becki Wiper, the founder and MD of Cheshire agency, Hop & Co, has joined Jam.
She will be Communications Director at Jam, after almost a decade running her own company. Before founding Hop & Co, she was a Senior Account Manager at de Winter.
In the new role, she will work alongside Associate Director, Anna Holloway, as Jaime and Dave Gee focus on “strategic growth and innovation,”
Manchester-based Jam, which marks its 18th anniversary this month, has also recruited Senior Social Media Manager Sophie Bartram from Smoking Gun.
“Celebrating 18 years of Jammin’ is a significant milestone,” said Jaime Gee, Managing Director of Jam.
“With the support of our extraordinary Jammers, both past and present, we have achieved so much and we’re excited for what’s to come. Welcoming Becki on to the senior leadership team further strengthens our offering, and with Becki and Anna leading on the day-to-day operations it has allowed for Dave and I to focus on our next phase of growth.”
