Manchester consultancy to supercharge Co-op Live catering supplier’s ecommerce offer

Stephensons, a fifth-generation, family-run catering supplies business, is hoping to supercharge its eCommerce offering in partnership with Manchester ecommerce specialist PushON.

The Stockport caterer, which this year landed the contract to supply MTV EMA host venue Co-op Live, aims to modernise its sales approach and expand its digital and eCommerce presence through the collaboration.

Historically reliant on catalogue sales, Stephensons is pivoting towards a more modern eCommerce offering to better serve its customers, which includes bars, restaurants, event venues, and hospitality businesses.

This focus will involve a comprehensive roadmap of improvements, including technology integration enhancements, enhanced marketing insights and a refined customer experience, all driven by a commitment to delivering exceptional service to its customers.

Stephensons’ customer experience director, Brad Duncan (pictured), said: “Choosing PushON as our eCommerce partner was a thorough and deliberate process. We needed a team that understood our legacy, our commitment to customer service, and our ambition for the future. PushON’s proactive approach and technical expertise made them the clear choice for us.”

Sam Rutley, managing director at PushON, said: “We are incredibly excited to work with Stephensons. Their dedication to quality and customer service aligns perfectly with our values. We are committed to delivering a robust eCommerce platform that not only meets their current needs but also sets them up for future growth and innovation.”
