Buttress is seeking a Communications Lead to join our dynamic brand and communications team. This role offers a unique chance to work within a vibrant and innovative team at a top-tier architecture practice and certified B Corp.

We’re looking for a senior-level professional with a forward-thinking mindset, over five years of experience, and in-depth knowledge of current trends and techniques in the communications industry. A solid foundation in communications and/or public relations is essential, along with a genuine passion for storytelling and brand development.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with team members across our Manchester and Leeds studios, shaping strategy and driving its implementation. You will oversee both internal and external communications, including traditional PR and content creation, ensuring that messaging is consistent across all platforms. Engaging with stakeholders confidently and building meaningful relationships, you will represent our values and mission in every interaction.
