Lancashire agency, Media Village, has named Michael Lambert as its new Managing Director.
The former Operations Director will head up the 24-strong agency, as founder, Steve Shread moves into the role of chairman.

The agency, which was established in 1995 works with clients including Boots Hearingcare, BAE Systems and NHS.
Lambert’s journey with Media Village started shortly after it was formed. He joined in 1999 as an apprentice.
