London agency launches Yorkshire-based talent arm

Consumer brands agency Aduro Communications has appointed Lizzie Fee as head of talent as the agency launches a new talent arm of the business and opens its first offer outside of London.

Fee will be based in Yorkshire, and brings two decades of experience. She will lead the expansion of the agency to service brands and charitable organisations across the UK. Her remit will focus on leading the agency’s roster of clients delivering best in class PR, talent and influencer collaboration and management.

The appointment comes after a year of double-digit growth and diversification of services meaning the consumer boutique agency is further investing into senior talent to accelerate its position as a leading PR and social shop.

To mark Aduro’s arrival in the North, Aduro is launching ‘Aduro Accelerate’. This unique services package is available to 10 x Northern based businesses and charitable organisations. Businesses will be able to access three months of value-packed PR, talent and socials services delivered by Fee and other senior experts.

Fee joins with over two decades of experience working closely with multi-award-winning music artists, stars of television, radio, track and field, in addition to content creators and influencers.

She spent over a decade at BBC Children in Need heading up the artist liaison team where she directed the charity’s high profile supporters strategy whilst working closely with the late Sir Terry Wogan in his role as Life President. In addition, Lizzie led strategic ambassador relations for a host of national charities, as well as holding roles at leading PR agencies.

The investment into the new division comes after Aduro added even more mainstream consumer brands to its portfolio in 2024. This includes its most recent win of the iconic biscuit brand Bahlsen with Aduro selected to run social, press and influencer programmes alongside supporting key projects in 2025. Aduro was also, earlier in the year, appointed by home improvement stalwart, Homebase.

Aduro Communications founder and managing director Natalie Luke said: “The new division will ensure we are leading best practice when it comes to talent partnerships and ensuring we always deliver the very best in reliably brilliant content for our clients. Lizzie has an incredible black book and with the creation of the new division we will also be expanding our geographical offer to the north, starting with Aduro Accelerate. Spreading our wings has been an ambition we’ve had for a while now following our best ever period of growth.”

Newly appointed Fee added: “The decision to come back to agency land was a no brainer when I saw the quality of the work Aduro produces daily and the culture within the team. They understand how to collaborate with talent to get the best results so I can’t wait to get stuck in with leading the new formalised service and put Aduro’s name firmly on the map in the North. I’m super excited to launch Aduro Accelerate and to work with some brilliant Northern based businesses and charities very soon.”
