Yorkshire tech company, SmartSearch, is continuing to add to its leadership team.
The firm, which specialises in digital compliance and anti-money laundering software, has in the last few months appointed a new CEO, Chief Tech Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chief Transformation Officer.
In March, Triple Private Equity acquired a majority stake in the Ilkley firm and shortly afterwards, it brought in Phil Cotter as CEO.
Cotter has now been joined by:
Stuart Morris – Chief Technology Officer;
Paul Eddie – Chief Revenue Officer;
Fraser Mitchell – Chief Product Officer, transitioning from his role as Technical Director;
Collette Allen = Chief Transformation Officer from her position as Chief Operating Officer.

The new executive leadership team has been tasked with accelerating growth and innovation in the fight against financial crime.
