Leeds PPC agency launches ‘industry-leading family leave package’

Circus PPC has revealed its new and improved family leave package, which includes a fully paid leave benefit of 26 weeks regardless of gender or parental role.

Managing Director, Rick Tobin, worked closely with HR Expert, Georgia Dixon – Founder of Access HR – to develop an industry-leading family leave package that would offer support to team members starting a family.

Tobin said: “Starting a family is a huge life experience and something that we want to help our team to celebrate, all whilst supporting them along the way, which is what our family leave package allows us to do.

“Georgia listened to what we wanted, and helped us to develop an enhanced family leave package that benefits and supports every team member that decides to start a family.”

The new package includes, but isn’t limited to, 26 weeks fully paid leave regardless of gender or parental role, 10 days paid fertility leave per cycle (up to three cycles in any 12-month rolling period) and enhanced parental bereavement and pregnancy loss leave.
