Fruition Consulting, a leading digital transformation and technology consultancy firm, has appointed Peter Cotton as chief customer officer.
The hire marks a significant step in Fruition’s ongoing growth journey, aligning with the company’s bold ambition to expand its reach and deliver even greater value to its clients across the UK.
Cotton brings over two decades of experience in project delivery and transforming organisational culture, including ten years delivering high performance solutions in the betting and gaming industry in the UK and Singapore.
He was an integral part of the Infinity Works leadership team, spearheading operations to allow growth from 150 people in three locations to over 650 in six cities across the UK, and oversaw its integration into Accenture post acquisition.
Founded in Leeds, Fruition Consulting has built a reputation for working closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive digital innovation and success. Fruition takes a partnership approach, enabling clients’ teams rather than replacing them, helping businesses such as Sky Betting & Gaming, TransUnion, and PokerStars achieve their digital goals.
The firm offers a range of services including strategic consultancy, bespoke software development, and IT infrastructure optimisation, with a network of over 200 associates across the UK.
Sarah Pawson, CEO of Fruition Consulting said: “Pete’s appointment signals our intention to scale our operations and deepen our client partnerships. His track record in building successful delivery teams and driving growth speaks for itself, and we’re confident that with his leadership, we can further our mission of helping businesses unlock their digital potential.”
Cotton added: “I’m honoured to step into this role and work alongside such a talented team. Fruition’s commitment to close collaboration and delivering practical, tailored digital solutions resonates deeply with me. I look forward to helping our clients as they navigate challenging technical projects, continuing to provide exceptional service and strengthening our relationships.”
