Project Management - About the Team

The Project Management team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of agency services across the full client portfolio. This team is 15 strong and is integral to the business and project success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.

About The Role 

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to client expectations. This role is the knowledge holder for key accounts and projects working closely with internal functions and stakeholders. The role is client facing with ownership and responsibility for timings, resourcing, budget management whilst aligning and promoting agency process throughout.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Triage client briefs, bringing your delivery experience to each creative project.
  • Work closely with Project Lead to cost projects in a commercially and operationally efficient manner.
  • Build project plans and milestones aligned to scope and client expectations.
  • Ensure resources are allocated to projects at each phase aligned to budget and scope.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget analysing systems data throughout, escalating according to process where needed.
  • Delivers project status reporting to the needs of client and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead project communications - including, kick-offs, status meetings, team stands ups and follow up with timely communication.
  • Maintain all project documentation and system requirements to hight standards throughout the lifecycle.
  • Clearly navigate the dependencies and risks both internally and with clients.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are clear and kept accountable for their contributions to the project and the delivery success.
  • Deliver agency system first response to all project reporting and status requirements.
  • Proficient in coordinating various individuals and teams from across the agency, including production, creative, design, and account management.
  • Key point of contact and knowledge holder for allocated projects.
  • Identify projects risk and seek support for mitigation and solutions where needed.
  • Manage expectations by ensuring creative or production ideas are realistic and achievable and be the voice of reason as project risks increase or scope changes.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years experience of project management in a creative agency
  • Client facing experience in a creative agency
  • Strong attention to the detail and analytical approach
  • Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focused
  • Confident communicator (in person and on email)
  • Ability to remain calm and motivate others
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels and stages of a project
  • Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output
