Initially, Jam has undertaken a comprehensive brand refresh for Perfect Pet Insurance, with the aim of bringing its visual identity, brand narrative, and tone of voice to life. This follows an in-depth brand strategy project, which has involved both qualitative and quantitative consumer research to ensure the refreshed brand resonates deeply with its audience on a more personal and authentic level and stands out in a competitive market.
Alongside the brand refresh, Jam will focus on an extensive range of services including brand, social and digital audits, and ongoing social and digital retainers.
