Lancashire-owned sportswear brand Gola has announced the debut of its first, limited-edition Gola Classics women’s apparel collection with long-time retail and etail partner, Anthropologie.
The collection of leisurewear will be available on Anthropologie’s ecommerce site, as well as select stores across the US and UK.
The 34-piece collection is designed to elevate a woman’s everyday wardrobe with stylish athleisure apparel and cult-fave Gola sneakers in Anthro-exclusive colourways. Each limited-edition piece is a testament to great style and exceptional teamwork between both brands, combining the ultimate Anthropologie aesthetic with Gola’s heritage and retro style.
The limited-release capsule features a diverse assortment of tees, hoodies, joggers, pants, jumpsuits, shorts, socks and dresses in the perfect summer-ready colourways, including bubblegum pink, heather grey, and green, as well as exclusive prints, all concepted, designed, and produced in-house by Anthropologie in partnership with Gola.
Head of marketing forGola Classics Donna Hill said: “Gola is thrilled to partner with Anthropologie for our first-ever leisurewear collaboration. Anthropologie has been a long-time retail partner with Gola, and the result of this capsule is a natural and organic next step in our relationship. We worked hand-in-hand to combine Anthropologie’s cool and effortless vibe with Gola’s nostalgic yet modern interpretation of footwear to create a line we hope everyone will enjoy.”
Originally founded in Leicestershire in the early 1900s, Gola was purchased by the Rawtenstall, Lancashire-based Jacobson Group in 1996 and re-launched in the UK as a retro sports fashion brand.
The Anthropologie x Gola collection will range from £14.00 – £120. It will be available exclusively on Anthropologie’s website (www.anthropologie.com) as well as in select stores.
