Award-winning regeneration company Urban Splash has strengthened its marketing team with the appointment of two new colleagues, tasked with promoting new regeneration projects nationwide.
Feargal McKenna and Beth Richardson both join the team, helping Urban Splash extend its reach among customers, local communities and partners.
McKenna joins from Hobs Group, where he successfully led the UK-wide marketing efforts for the printing company. At Urban Splash, McKenna will leverage his extensive experience to enhance marketing strategies and strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Richardson, formerly of Truth PR in Manchester, brings her expertise to Urban Splash as a content creator. She will oversee the brand’s social and digital channels, crafting compelling content that resonates with the company’s audience and showcases its innovative projects. Richardson’s background in public relations and creative approach to storytelling will be instrumental in driving engagement and highlighting the unique aspects of regeneration projects.
The news comes just weeks after Urban Splash announced appointments to its development and operations teams in preparation for upcoming projects. CEO Julian Curnuck explained: “We are delighted to welcome Feargal and Beth to our team. We have been diligently working behind the scenes in recent years and are now poised to bring our pipeline of 4,500 new homes and 500,000 sq ft of commercial space to life.
“Our newest colleagues bring their own unique brand of ambition, with Feargal and Beth both perfectly positioned to elevate our marketing efforts and build stronger connections with the communities we serve. We are thrilled to have them on board as we prepare to create new spaces where people can live, work, and play.”
Manchester-based Urban Splash is currently onsite creating new homes and workspaces at places including Park Hill in Sheffield, Irwell Riverside in Salford and New Islington in Manchester.
