New conversion rate lead at Manchester’s Fabric Analytics

Manchester analytics and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) agency, Fabric Analytics has expanded its team with new CRO Lead, Christine Bookless.

Fabric is a specialist Google Marketing platform (GA4, GTM etc) and website experience agency (CRO, site speed, A/B testing) whose clients include Castore, Sweaty Betty, Card Factory, Modern Milkman, Astrid & Miyu, Zuto, Spa Breaks and Brother.

Bookless will play a key part in the firm’s strategy to strengthen and empower the team as its client base expands.

She is experienced in UX design and optimization, with a passion for digital customer experience and over eight years of experience working with brands across multiple industries, from eCommerce to the public sector, in both Manchester and London.

Bookless said: “Having previously worked with larger agencies that cared more about getting bigger margins and playing office politics than delivering value for clients, I was fed up and ready to walk away from agency life—until I came across the role at Fabric.

“I found their values, ethos, and vibe a breath of fresh air. The main USPs for me are that the in-house data and CRO expertise meant I would be working and learning from some of the best in the industry. I also firmly believe you can tell a lot about an agency based on what their clients have to say. Fabric has an excellent partnership model that works well, is proven, and our clients love—we have the testimonials to prove it.”

Ric Riley, co-founder of Fabric Analytics, added: “Investing in another experienced CRO practitioner will help drive our current clients forward in a transitional digital period. Our approach of only hiring experienced experts means we deliver unrivalled results for our clients in this space.

“Fabric’s growth has exceeded all expectations. The team has grown rapidly to 15 employees, creating a highly talented and experienced team to act as an extension of their client’s teams to jointly achieve goals with honesty and integrity at the centre of everything.”
